The quote slip
The slip asks for a name, a number to reply to, where the vehicle is, the job, and anything else you choose to add. That record is kept so an enquiry is not lost if a WhatsApp window fails to open. It is used to answer that enquiry and for nothing else. It is not sold or passed to anyone for marketing.
A short source tag is added to each enquiry, such as whether the visit began from a search or an advertisement, and which page the slip was sent from.
WhatsApp and telephone
When the site opens WhatsApp, the message is sent by you through WhatsApp and its own terms apply. The site records that a call or WhatsApp button was pressed, with the page and the source tag, but not the conversation.
Visits to the site
The host counts page views in aggregate, without cookies and without building a profile of you. The typeface is served from this site. The chart on the callout pages loads its map tiles from Esri, which receives the address of your device in the ordinary way when those tiles are fetched.
Having a record removed
To see what is held about you, or to have it removed, use the quote slip on the contact page and say so. It will be done without argument.
