A worn tyre is judged on the vehicle, in the light, with the size read off the sidewall. The quote is for the tyre and the fitting together. Nothing is added later for balancing or for the valves unless the old ones will not hold air.

Portsmouth is an island with three roads on. A car that will still roll can be left on a driveway in Cosham, in a car park at Gunwharf Quays, or on a terrace in Fratton. The van carries the stock. There is no workshop to visit and no second site in Fareham or Gosport.
Run-flats, vans and ordinary passenger sizes are all in the same book. If the size is unusual, say so in the first message so the driver does not leave with the wrong tyre.
