A price
Nothing on these pages is a quote. A price exists once it has been given for a size, a job and a place, and agreed. That price is for that job.
If the tyre on the vehicle is a different size, or the damage is not as described, the work is paused and a new price is given before anything is fitted. You may decline it.
Repairs and replacements
A puncture is repaired only when the injury allows a safe repair. A tyre with sidewall damage, or one that has been driven on while flat, may have to be replaced; you are told which before any work starts.
Recovery
Recovery is for a vehicle that cannot be driven, and only inside the published callouts. The destination is agreed with the price. There is no depot at the far end unless you name one.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. They may change as the business does; the version on this page is the one that applies.
