Each one is carried out where the vehicle is parked. The van brings the stock and the kit; there is no workshop to drive to and no second counter in Fareham or Gosport.
New tyres
Fitted, balanced and torqued where the vehicle is parked.
Puncture repair
A hole in the central tread can often be mended on the spot.
Locking wheel nuts
The key is missing. The nut still has to come off.
Run-flats
Stiff sidewalls, specific pressures, and a different jacking point on some cars.
Vans
Light commercials, including the ones that sit on driveways overnight.
Jump starts
A flat battery on the island, or on a dark car park off the M27.
Recovery
When the vehicle will not roll, it still has to leave the lane.
